NOTICE

A.R.S. 15-841 states that a school district may refuse to admit any pupil who has been expelled from another educational institution or who is in the process of being expelled from another educational institution.

Students who have been expelled from another school will be interviewed by the Director, Principal, Administrator, Vice-Principal, and possibly the school board, and may be admitted on a “one strike, you’re out” contract. If a student has been on a long-term suspension, and has been accepted at Berean Academy, they will be placed on an attendance, behavior, and academic contract.

*No student who has been expelled from another school and has been accepted for enrollment will be officially admitted until ALL records from previous schools have been received.
